How can you reorder a key or cylinder in a master key system?

You have a locking system in place, but now one of the users has lost their key or you have replaced an old door and the new door is wider. What do you do? How can you reorder a key or cylinder that is a part of a master key system?

Keys and cylinders in a system can always be remade by the dealer that manufactured your master key system.

In a master key system, each element has its own ID

Master key systems need to be clearly defined, which is why every element is coded. This means every master key system has its own ID as well as every key and cylinder included in a system. To ensure maximum safety, the ID of the key or cylinder does not mean a locking combination.

First you need to prove the ownership of the locking system with an owner’s card that you have received together with the system. The owner’s card contains the system ID number you need to provide to the dealer for the order.
