DOM Contract and Premium D31 Mortice lockcase ranges include; a Latch, Night Latch, Deadbolt, Bathroom, Sashlock, Panic and Anti- Thrust variant, all of which have exceeded the relevant fire standards and European certification.

The lockcases contain high endurance springs with self-lubricating bushes to keep maintenance to a minimum and are finished in brushed stainless steel as standard.

The DOM Contract D31 has a five-year guarantee and is fire tested for up to; 120 minutes in wooden doors and up to 240 minutes in metal doors.
The DOM Premium D31 has a ten-year guarantee and is fire tested for up to; 30 & 60 minutes thanks to its FD30 and FD60 fire ratings.
