The DOM Contract and Premium D31 Mortice lockcase ranges include; a Latch, Night Latch, Deadbolt, Bathroom, Sashlock, Panic and Anti- Thrust variant, all of which have exceeded the relevant fire standards and European certification.

The lockcases contain high endurance springs with self-lubricating bushes to keep maintenance to a minimum and are finished in brushed stainless steel as standard.

The DOM Contract D31 has a five-year guarantee and is fire tested for up to; 120 minutes in wooden doors and up to 240 minutes in metal doors.
The DOM Premium D31 has a ten-year guarantee and is fire tested for up to; 30 & 60 minutes thanks to its FD30 and FD60 fire ratings.

Mortice lockcases come in two sizes 21/2” (64mm) and 3” (76mm). If you are installing a mortice lock to a door with a narrow frame, or any door for that matter, it's very important to know what size lock you need. The size of the mortice lock refers to how far the keyhole will be from the edge of the door.
