Security cylinders or pin tumbler locks are barrel shaped devices suitable for both commercial and domestic properties and are the most popular way of securing a door both internally and externally. Security cylinders are easy to install as hardly any tools are required and come in a range of shapes and sizes to suit many different applications.

How Do I Measure a Cylinder?

DOM UK Follow the conventional industry method. Measuring the Interior of the door thickness first followed by the Exterior.
To measure a cylinder, measure from the very edge, to the centre point of the screw hole.
