DOM UK invests in developing young talent

Apprenticeship schemes are an excellent initiative for employers to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. They allow individuals to experience practically on job skills plus the opportunity to study and gain a qualification in the desired field.

There are many advantages for individuals and employers to invest in apprentices. The National Apprenticeship Service data has shown that 81% of consumers favour using a company that takes on apprentices.

DOM UK is pleased to announce the success of their apprentice; Alex Robb joined DOM 17 months ago and has recently passed his apprenticeship with a Distinction in Supply Chain Warehouse Operative; level 2. 

 

Throughout his course, Alex has carried out day-to-day tasks within the warehouse and logistics department, and gained an extensive involvement of the complete process of the supply chain. Along with completing his onsite academic course.
