Flexiform continuing its long-running relationship with Leeds City Council were asked to fit out the new purpose-built Refuse Services headquarters with desks, breakout and canteen spaces, agile workspaces including pods, booths, collaborative tables and 220 lockers.
For the vast number of lockers, Flexiform chose to install the DOM RONIS TRONIC Pro Inspiration as it is a stand-alone electronic lock designed especially for single or multi-user lockers. Its sleek and modern design ensures that it suits modern style furniture, as well as providing a retrofit capability to any existing lockers. With a Slam Door Function as standard, this is the perfect product for workplaces such as these but also leisure centres and gyms. The lock features an extended battery life which ensures that it can operate for 70,000 cycles.
Leeds City Council, Newmarket House designed by Hamson Barron Smith Architects has since won the ‘Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber Award, Building Project of the Year 2022.’
