Manchester company H.H. Smith & Sons Co. Ltd were selected to oversee the ambitious project which was split in to two phases over a five year period. Phase one included the design and construction of the central hub buildings, which consisted of an entrance and reception facility, retail zone, main restaurant block, kitchen and changing facilities. The second phase required building a new indoor adrenaline facility with climbing walls and an adventure centre. H.H. Smith enlisted the expertise of Red Chilli Projects for the ironmongery and locking requirements for both phases.

Sigma Plus was selected as it is a secure dealer profile well suited to large commercial projects which may require future additions as different phases of a build are completed. The key profile has many different cylinder variants available, ideal for a huge range of applications, in this instance the 168 cylinders used were a mix of 60 and 70mm euro profile double keyed, and key and turn cylinders finished in Satin Nickel. The cylinder mechanism features six solid pin locks and lateral profile pins which make it almost impossible for an unauthorised person to gain access via common forms of attack such as; drilling, bumping and picking.
