As a DOM Keystone Partner, MC Locksmiths has successfully specified and implemented projects across the island, including the historic Nunnery where they installed the DOM Tapkey Mobile Key Solution last year.
Building on the success of that project, MC Locksmiths once again partnered with DOM UK to bring the state-of-the-art DOM Tapkey Pro V2 access control cylinders to Reayrt Vradda. These digital cylinders are designed to offer maximum security with minimal maintenance, featuring a long battery life, an innovative clutch mechanism, and straightforward installation.
The DOM Tapkey system allows guests to unlock doors using a mobile key, card, or fob. The accompanying Tapkey App, available for free on the App Store and Google Play, is easy to set up and enables site managers to grant access and set time-restricted entry rights remotely. The app leverages NFC and Bluetooth technology, ensuring that security is both robust and user-friendly.
In September 2023, DOM UK showcased the benefits of their Mobile Key Solution at The Glamping Show 2023 at NAEC Stoneleigh. The exhibition highlighted how this advanced technology can significantly enhance the guest experience while streamlining operations for site managers.
