‘We have been working with DOM for 25 years plus!’
How would you describe your experience with DOM UK’s customer service?
‘Outstanding. Always really helpful and any response to quotes or queries are dealt with immediately. We have a lot of communication with Emma Chapman, and she really is brilliant.’
Which DOM products are part of your offerings, and what makes them your choice?
‘We commonly use DOM Sigma for all our new master suite enquiries. Euro & Oval cylinders and keys.’
Which industries or sectors do you primarily serve with DOM UK systems?
‘We mainly supply commercial industries with our DOM products.’
Are there any upcoming projects in the next 12 months where you plan to integrate DOM products?
‘Any future master suites that we supply will be through DOM.’
Do you use the DOM ENET Ecommerce Platform?
‘We have started to! But as our relationship is so good with Emma Chapman, most of our orders and enquiries are direct with Emma.’
