We spoke with Fast Keys Director, Marc Narbeth, to discuss the company’s current partnership with DOM UK and what the future holds for both organisations.
Who is your main contact at DOM UK, and how long have you been working with them?
“We contact Customer Services Team Leader Emma Chapman for anything that we require, Emma and the team provide all the information that we need to correctly place an order and has supported us for many years. We initially dealt with RONIS from 1998, and our strong relationship continued with the acquisition/ merger with DOM.”
How would you describe your experience working with DOM UK’s customer service team?
“From customer services to technical support and dispatch, all the staff at DOM are friendly and helpful and are always eager to help in any way required. We receive our orders on time and if any rare issues arise the customer services team are on hand to help.”
Which sectors do you supply with DOM UK locking systems?
“We have an extensive customer base, large and small. Ranging from government and NHS bodies, facilities managers, the education and leisure sector, and office furniture manufacturers through to individual customers. We find that the DOM range encompasses many products ideal for these environments, with quality to last.”
Which DOM products do you use, and what makes them the right choice for your needs?
“We mostly supply DOM & RONIS locks for lockers and office furniture. We use DOM as they offer quality products at an affordable price.”
Are there any upcoming projects in the next 12 months where you plan to use DOM products?
“We are targeting the leisure sector and are looking to develop and promote more electronic products. We have also seen increasing demand from customers seeking to retrofit their key operated lockers with digital combination locks (DCL’s). Indeed, our qualified locksmiths have carried out a few such projects in London and the Southeast. The DOM range of digital locking solutions is ideal for this environment.”
