As we return to a version of pre-Covid normality, DOM-UK are happy to announce that most team members are now back working office-based and are glad to be getting back face to face with customers and exhibiting at trade shows for the first time in two years.
The European structure of the DOM group has meant that business has had to be conducted across many European borders each of which has had its own set of rules and regulations, this has led to a companywide understanding of how to ensure that both employees and customers stay as safe as possible.
The pandemic has led many companies, DOM-UK included, to look at online resources and remote support. This is something we will continue to invest in and strive always to provide the highest level of customer service, whether this is from the office, from home or out on customer visits.
We have worked hard on creating a Covid secure environment within the UK premises which has enabled us to remain fully functional throughout the pandemic and continue to serve customers over this difficult period. We have taken extensive precautions to protect our on-site workforce, including increased cleaning and disinfection, signage, closure of amenities, screening and restricted access for visitors, and the availability of personal protective equipment.
After the uncertainty of the past two years, we hope that the coming months and years bring prosperity to the businesses and partners we work with and for. Together we do more.
