Bringing valuable experience from the fastenings sector—a field known for its stringent demands on quality and accuracy—Callum is uniquely positioned to drive sales development and provide exceptional support to customers across the UK. His role will focus on delivering bespoke OEM solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of our industry partners.

We caught up with Callum to learn more about his journey to DOM UK, his vision for the future of OEM solutions, and the expertise he brings to our experienced team.

In your new position at DOM UK, what are your main responsibilities?

“As the OEM Sales Manager, my main responsibilities are to manage the strategy for sales development of the OEM/Industry Product Segment across the UK. I will be identifying and generating opportunities and projects to integrate DOM products within OEM companies’ products, along with building and maintaining strong customer relationships.”

What inspired you to join the team at DOM UK?

“Since I became a father, making sure my family is safe and protected wherever they are is a high priority to me, so this opportunity at DOM UK has allowed me to learn about these amazing products that keep us safe and secure, and is giving me the opportunity to get these products out to different industries is a privilege.”

Can you share a little about your career journey so far?

“I have 4 years’ experience in Data Analysis and Project Coordination within the Vacuum/Compressor industry. I have almost 6 years’ experience in Business Development and Account Management, within the Vacuum/Compressor Industry, but also the Fastener Industry.”

What unique skills or qualities do you bring to this role?

“I am naturally confident and well organised, however experience gained through previous jobs has allowed me to develop these skills even more, along with communication and attention to detail. I am a hard working, reliable, honest and driven person.”

When you’re not at work, how do you spend your time?

“In my spare time I love spending time with my partner and our children, outside of this I enjoy catching up with friends, playing golf and going to the gym.”
