Who is your DOM UK contact and how long have you been working with them?
"For the last five years, we’ve worked closely with Head of Sales and Marketing Owen Boothby, who regularly visits our shop and is always just a phone call away for assistance with products or specifications."
How do you find dealing with DOM UK customer services?
"Customer Services Team Leader Emma Chapman has been our office contact for many years. Emma is incredibly helpful with anything that we require, from placing orders to tracking deliveries. Emma and the team are only a call away should we require assistance. I wanted to thank you for all your help over the years—couldn’t have done this without you and the range of products that your company supplies."
What DOM products do you use and why?
“We use mainly mechanical products from DOM, in the form of Masterkey Systems. Specifically, we use Titan, Sigma Plus and ix Teco for systems with more complex, higher security requirements. We use the Sigma Plus, as it is an ideal entry level secure cylinder dealer profile which makes it almost impossible for an unauthorised person to gain access via common forms of attack such as drilling, bumping, and picking.”
What sectors do you supply with DOM UK systems?
“Over two thirds of the DOM products that we specify are used on commercial projects such as offices, hospitals, schools and universities.”
Are there any projects that you are looking to supply DOM products on over the next 12 months?
"Over the past year, we have been installing a huge dom ix teco at the headquarters of a large multinational organisation. This project is now expanding into additional buildings and even has the potential to extend beyond the UK.
Do you use DOM ENET?
"Yes, we now use DOM eNet and have been collaborating with Emma to design the extensive ix Teco system mentioned earlier."
