DOM UK is thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Luke Scott, who joins us as Technical Support Digital Solutions. Luke will be reporting directly to Sales Manager Owen Boothby and will be responsible for providing technical support to dealers and end users, assisting the sales team with training and product development, managing DOM Digital products, and collaborating with the marketing team to maintain our website and technical data sheets.
With over four years of experience as a fleet administrator and a background in business studies, Luke brings a wealth of transferable skills to his new role. Despite not having prior experience in this specific job function, Luke believes his organisational skills, communication abilities, and keen attention to detail will serve him well. He sees his lack of previous experience as an advantage, as it allows him to be trained precisely to meet the demands of the role.
Luke's interest in digital and electronic products made the opportunity to work for DOM particularly appealing to him. His enthusiasm for innovation and his eagerness to learn make him an excellent addition to DOM UK.
