If you don't have a reference (i.e. from the product box), you can remove the cover to check the internal sticker. If you want to do a test, present a 13.56 MHz transponder to the connected device. If the device responds to the transponder, it means that your device is ENiQ. If it doesn't respond to the transponder, it is an ELS device. Alternatively, you can test the device by presenting a contactless credit card.
For all the V2 devices, here is the detail of the wiring.

Attention, some elements won't work depending of which type of reader you are using. For example, you can only wire the power and the Ethernet cables on a NetManager, you cannot use an exit button on the Terminal nor the ITT.
Download the "ENiQ Service App" mobile app from your Android or iOS smartphone. When you start the application, activate the NFC and the bluetooth (for V2) and find the device you want to update on the list. If the list doesn't appear, point your phone directly to the device to start the update. Make sure that you have a good internet connection during the updating process. Alternatively, you can pre-download the firmware if the device is mounted in an area with bad reception.
The ENiQ Access Manager V2, ENiQ Access Manager Terminal V2, RF Net Manager V2 and ENiQ ITT V2 require a power supply of 12-24V DC. The devices can be supplied with voltage via PoE in an online system (each separately in through HiSec unit).
For all reader types, you can set the DIP switches according to your installation:
1, Default position : ON, RS485/RS232 interface for reader enabled/disabled
2, Default position : ON, Termination resistor enabled/disabled
3, Default position : OFF, Internal boot loader enabled (loading) / disabled (normal operation)
4, Default position : ON, Status LEDs enabled/disabled
There are a lot of colors combinations the readers can make, please take a look at the Manual of Signalisation.
The AccessManager-Terminal groups are deactivated under “System”. You need to activate and set the respective groups in order to write the extension of the validity to a locking medium via the terminal.
