In the past days/weeks, our daily life, both business and private, has changed radically because of the measures taken with regard to the Coronavirus. 

First of all, we wish you a lot of strength and improvement, if you have or have had to deal with this virus. In these uncertain times we want to let you know that we are there for you and have a lot of respect for everyone who cares for each other. Whether you are at work at home in an uncomfortable situation or leave for work every day with a perhaps somewhat restless feeling, we are there for you! At DOM Netherlands, we continue to offer our customers the service that you have come to expect from us. 

In order to be of service to you, in addition to the measures from our previous news item, we have also taken a number of measures internally:

  • Our sales office team is divided into two teams until Monday 6 April. Team 1 works from home with a focus on processing orders. Team 2 works in the office to speak to you by phone and take care of the necessary interaction with our assembly department. Due to the more limited staffing at the office, our telephone support may take a little longer than you are used to from us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • At the assembly department it is not possible to carry out the work entirely at home for the time being, but we strictly follow the RIVM guidelines by keeping a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from each other. The individual workplaces are also at a sufficient distance from each other and surfaces and door fittings are cleaned regularly. We also do not receive customer visits at our location. Small orders can still be picked up, but we also keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres.

    To be able to do even more for you in this time we have digitized our work, as far as possible. 
    Online you can now follow trainings, get product demos and make appointments with our sales department.

    To make an appointment for a training or demo, we ask you to send an email to the relevant account manager and arrange a date and time. The account manager will invite you for an online meeting. It's that easy!

    Despite all the measures taken, the atmosphere at DOM Netherlands is cheerful and positive and there is certainly room for a smile! So we work hard together, both at home and on the work floor, and in this way we limit the risks for our team and our business relations.
