We are part of DOM Security, which was founded by Henri Morel in Paris. We are represented throughout Europe with more than 20 sales and service offices and have more than 10 production sites.

Tailor-made advice is one of the pillars of our services. We listen carefully to the customer, summarise and then deliver unique solutions. We advise our customers on locking technology and electronic access control - on the building site, with contractors, corporations and municipalities, in the business world and, of course, with our partners in the hardware trade. Our expertise enables us to provide all these parties with tailor-made advice.
We use innovative machines for the production, but also count on the craftsmanship of our ladies. They know the cylinders we produce here for our customers better than anyone. Machines, once set up, have to complete a production cycle. Our ladies can set aside ongoing work at any time for a quick order in between. This enables us to serve a customer who needs ad hoc cylinders optimally.
DOM partners can use DOM XL, our own masterkey software, when issuing an order. This software has been developed in-house to provide our customers with optimal support. It forms the basis of a masterkey plan and provides insight into cost efficiency. The program is customer-oriented - easy to use and easy to convert into an order.
Our customers choose not only for us to ensure the quality of our products. They also come to DOM for the knowledge we have in house, almost everyone in our team has a long record of service. This applies to our ladies in production. But also, for example, for the people at our locking plan office. Our partners benefit from this and know how to find us for our knowledge and expertise.
Need 100 cylinders within 24 hours? DOM customers who deliver their order before 9 a.m. as a Formula 1 order, will have their order the next day. Many customers make grateful use of this service. With Formula 1 deliveries we can deliver up to a maximum of 100 cylinders and various cylinder types and sizes can be used.
