General

1. Open the 'Persons' list
2. Select the person whose transponder should be replaced
3. Tap on the 'Edit' button (top right)
4. Tap on 'Replace transponder' (below). If you are in 'Data on Device' mode, you can read the replacement transponder directly.
5. Select whether the current transponder should be blacklisted (lost) or only replaced
5. Hold a new tag close to the NFC reader and click OK

Operating

1. Open the 'Devices' list.
2. Select a device
3. Tap the ... button (top right) to open device options
4. Click 'Edit'
5. Tap 'Special Functions'
6. Select 'Permanent Open'
7. Tap 'Function Schedule'
8. Select a weekly schedule from your list
9. Click 'Assign'
10. Click 'Apply'
11. Click 'Save' then 'Apply'
12. Reprogram your device

1. Open 'Settings'
2. Open 'Facility & Device Settings'
3. Open 'Multi-User Configuration'
4. Open 'Visitor Transponder'.
5. Tap the '+' button
6. Set how many devices a visitor is allowed to lock at one time. You can also select whether you want to allow only DOM transponders (extra security) or if you want to allow third party transponders as well.
7. Hold the transponder close to the NFC antenna of your smartphone and the transponder will be added (if the transponder memory has enough free space).

If you are using a Mifare Classic transponder (instead of Mifare DESFire), please select the appropriate sector before adding it:
1. Open the 'Multi-User Configuration'.
2. Tap on 'Mifare Classic Sectors' and select the memory sectors that are free and can be used by the DOM ENiQ® application. If you are not sure, please use the 'Read Transponder' option (just above the sector selection) and check the transponder type and, if necessary, the free memory sectors available for Mifare Classic transponders.

1. Open 'Schedules'
2. Tap the '+' button
3. Define the first time slot and associated days, then tap 'OK'
4. Add any additional time slots by clicking on the '+' button (maximum of 4 time slots per day)
5. Enter the name for the schedule and tap 'Save'

1. Open the 'Devices' list
2. Tap the '+' button
3. Select the new device from nearby BLE devices, or present your smartphone to the device to use NFC (for non-BLE devices)
5. Tap 'Special Functions
6. Select 'Multi-User Mode' (only available for ENiQ LoQ devices)
7. Tap on 'Function schedule
8. Select a weekly schedule from your list
9. Tap 'Assign'
10. You can also set the time duration after the device automatically switches to open mode (e.g. after business hours for cleaning).
11. Select signalisation. If your device is constantly displaying the blocked status, this feature will reduce battery performance.
12. Click 'Apply'
13. Click 'Save', then 'Apply'
14. Reprogram your device

1. Open 'Special Persons'
2. Open 'Inspection Cards'
3. Tap on the '+' button
4. Enter the name of the card or the name of the person who will receive this card
5. Hold the inspection card close to the NFC antenna of the smartphone. The transponder information will be displayed
6. Tap on 'Save'

Now you can use the new inspection card. Repeat this process for other inspection cards.

1. Open 'Settings'
2. Open 'Facility & Device Settings'
3. Open 'Default Device Configuration'
4. Set 'Access Time': the time during which the device can be locked/unlocked, after being triggered
5. Optionally select 'Special Function' and set the schedule for the special function
7. Tap 'Save'

When editing a device, the 'Default Device Configuration' can be applied in one tap.

Events are automatically transmitted when the device is programmed via the DOM ENiQ app. They can then be viewed in the 'Events' menu.

Troubleshooting

If the smartphone does not recognise the tags, it probably means that the quality of the 13.56 MHz RFID tags is too low.

It could also mean that the smartphone's NFC function is disabled. Please enable NFC on your smartphone.

To add third party transponders to your DOM ENiQ® App, you must purchase the appropriate licence from the 'Upgrade' menu.

Maintenance

1. Open 'Settings'.
2. Open 'Application Settings'
3. Open 'Backup'
4. Open 'Make Backup'
5. Tap on "'Create Backup'
6. Select the location and name for the backup file
7. Tap 'Save'

The backup file is created and saved to your chosen location
