What is UKCA marking ?

UKCA (United Kingdom Conformity Assessed) marking is a certification mark that is applied to products being sold in the United Kingdom. When a product has this marking, it means that the product has passed its tests and is ready to be sold in the United Kingdom.

The UKCA marking has become mandatory certification following the end of the EU exit transition period, although products can still use CE marking until 1 January 2023.

DOM products and UKCA regulations

Starting from 2023, DOM products will be stamped with UKCA marking too. This change will affect all products, especially locks for fire protection, panic/emergency locks, and door closers.
