DOM Security, a European leader in security and access control and a member of the Sfpi group, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Tapkey GmbH, an Austrian-based pioneer in the field of cloud-based access control. With this move, made through its German subsidiary DOM Sicherheitstechnik GmbH & Co. KG, DOM Security marks the second phase of the acquisition which began in October 2022, consolidating its commitment to digital access solutions and strengthening its position in the market.
For DOM Security, the acquisition allows for an increased focus on development, particularly in the area of cloud-based access control - a rapidly growing market segment.
