November 2025 marked the third edition of the DOM Masterclass a key rendez-vous for DOM Securitys top managers and a cornerstone of our transformation journey.

This session focused on two vital themes shaping our collective future: Environmental Responsibility and Cybersecurity Preparedness. Both topics reflect our commitment to sustainability and resilience, ensuring DOM Security continues to lead with purpose and clarity.

Building on Our Environmental Roadmap

Since the first Masterclass in September 2024, where we introduced the Strategic Compass and set out our goals for decarbonisation, sustainability has remained at the heart of our strategy. DOM Security is committed to reducing its carbon footprint by 35% by 2030.

Using three years of carbon footprint analysis across our factories and service companies in Europe, we identified actions to address Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions both individually and collectively. With support from Toovalu, whose software enables data collection, analysis, and roadmap development, we explored how to maximise our efforts and accelerate progress.

Thomas Hammer, Customer Service Director at DOM Sicherheitstechnik, led the discussion alongside Sophie Morel, General Secretary of Group Sfpi, to ensure environmental responsibility remains central in every decision we make.

Last year, the Sfpi Group, of which DOM Security is a member, achieved an 8% reduction in its overall carbon footprint compared to 2023, a milestone reached through collective efforts across all divisions. Overall, DOM Securitys environmental performance shows tangible improvements: electricity consumption down by 5.3%, waste recycling up to 85%, and hazardous waste reduced by 67%. These are clear steps toward reducing environmental impact and building a sustainable future.

Cybersecurity: When, Not If
The second theme addressed a reality we cannot ignore: cyber-attacks are inevitable. Building on the insights from our February 2025 Masterclass on NIS2 compliance, this session focused on cyber-resilience and the expectations placed on top management during a crisis.

With guidance from Bureau Veritas, our trusted cybersecurity advisors, and leadership from Suraj Parmar, we examined best practices for response and recovery, ensuring DOM Security remains prepared to protect our people, data, and operations.

A Journey of Continuous Learning
The DOM Masterclass reflects our commitment to leadership excellence and progress. By combining strategic vision with practical steps, DOM Security continues to advance the Sfpi Group Transformation Plan, strengthening our resilience and embedding sustainability at the heart of our operations.

As Sophie Morel reminds us, these conversations are essential to aligning our ambitions with actionable strategies, because transformation is not a moment, but a movement.
