After verifying the reliability of DOM-MCM systems in its headquarters in Vitoria, the Sociedad de Empresas Alavesas (SEA) again trusted the brand to implement a digital access control system at its new headquarters. Located in Casa Goya, a historic residence in the Ciudad Jardín area, this headquarters has been restored by Esparza Arquitectura and Alberola Arquitectura to become a training and business development center. The challenge was clear: to integrate a modern security solution that would adapt to the different uses of the building, from the daily access of staff to the management of conference attendees and support personnel, ensuring efficient control without friction.
The ENiQ ecosystem of DOM-MCM proved to be the ideal solution. For offices and meeting rooms, the DOM ENiQ Guard system was chosen, which combines elegant design and versatility. Its ability to manage access times and different user groups allowed SEA to easily manage both permanent staff and temporary visitors without compromising security.

The exterior doors posed a special challenge: they needed weather-resistant security without altering the historical façade of Casa Goya. The ENiQ Guard S model, with IP66 certification, offered the necessary protection against the elements while respecting the building’s aesthetics.
To optimize access control, SEA implemented the DOM-MCM software platform. With it, administrators can grant or revoke permissions in real time, set temporary access times for events and keep a detailed record of building use from a single interface.
Recognizing the need to combine digital with traditional, DOM-MCM also incorporated the mechanical master key system DOM Teco. This hybrid approach ensures security in all areas of the building, adapting to different access needs.
