UCEM merges with MCM

We are pleased to inform you that METALÚRGICA CERRAJERA DE MONDRAGÓN S.A (MCM) and UCEM SISTEMAS DE SEGURIDAD S.A. (UCEM) both belonging to GRUPO DOM, have decided to merge, absorbing the first to the second.
The absorbing company, MCM, will change its name to DOM-MCM S.A., maintaining its tax domicile and VAT No:
DOM-MCM S.A.

The DOM-MCM company will operate as such from January 1, 2021.
In the commercial area, the merger does not imply any modification in prices or payment conditions, and DOM-MCM S.A. maintains the conditions established to date
From January 1st, 2021, the company will no longer operate as two suppliers, on the one hand, Metalúrgica Cerrajera de Mondragón S.A (mcm brand) and on the other hand, Ucem Sistemas de Seguridad S.A (UCEM, TELESCO, DOM brands) becoming a single company. This means that from that moment on you will be able to place a single global order for all our brands, and from DOM -MCM we will issue a single invoice for all of them.

The telephone, fax and email addresses of Ucem Sistemas de Seguridad S.A. will cease to be operative on December 31st of this year.
As for the operation of the bank accounts, the account of BANCO SABADELL whose ownership corresponds to UCEM S.A. will continue to be operative by subrogation of DOM-MCM S.A.
